I’m Nicole McCance; I was the owner of one of the largest clinics in Toronto with over 55 therapists on my team. In the summer of 2022 I was able to step back and sell my clinic and now I am a business coach for ambitious therapists.

As a solo practitioner and mom of two toddler twin boys I was able to grow my business to 7 figures, but I still didn’t have enough free time to spend with my family, or enjoy all the things I wanted to do. This compelled me to learn how to expand and scale my private practice without feeling burned out.
